Services of pilgrimage and pilgrims

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MHU) is undertaking a supervisory and monitorial role in addition to its  coordination with all concerned bodies in the country, both governmental and private, in order to provide the best conditions for the service of the pilgrims and the success of the hajj season.

The MHU has identified the contractual relationship between the pilgrim and his representative (offices of pilgrims' affairs or companies) to ensure the provision of all necessary contracts that cover (the services of accommodation in Makkah and Al-Madinah, transportation, and catering, as well as the basic services whether related to logistics or housing in the holy shrines, which are provided by the 'Establishments of Arbab Al-Tawaef.

Besides, the MHU has specified the regular procedures for making a contract with the pilgrim's representatives and the service providers, such as the providers of housing, catering, transportation or the Establishments of Arbab Al-Tawaef; it has laid down the terms and controls via the use of the External Hajj E-service portal.
