How can I edit My Representatives in the UEFIP?
Currently, it is unavailable to update the information of catering representatives in the UEFIP.
How can I edit ‘My Information’ in the UEFIP?
You can edit your information by clicking on ‘My Information’ in the UEFIP, and then click on the action button, which gives you several choices to edit information like ‘Details’, ‘Add’, ‘House Amenities, ‘House Pictures’…etc.
What are the different actions I can perform in the UEFIP?
You can view and edit details your housing service (‘View Details’, ‘Edit’, ‘House Amenities’, House Pictures’…etc.). Moreover, you can view House Contract Requests, and take actions on the requests (1) ‘Accept’, and (2) ‘Reject’. The Establishment will approve the House Contract request once you Accept it. You can also create Housing Appointment Requests, and then print those requests. Please, refer to the “User Guide for Representatives of Housing Service Providers”for step-by-step instructions.
I could not create a Housing Appointment?
In the Appointment section, if you have tried to add your housing license number and got the error message saying that your house does not exist, then you have to make sure that you have renewed your license from the Municipality of either Holy Makkah or Madinah, or you can contact the call center. You can find its details in the “Contact Us” menu.
How can I register in the UEFIP?
In order to be able to register for Foreigner Hajj System, you have to be activated by the Municipality of either Holy Makkah or Madinah. Once you get activated, you can go to the registration page and select “Create / Check Appointment & Registration” option, which allows you to fill in your information and get an appointment to visit the Tawafa Establishment to get your papers verified and yourself approved as a representative. After that, you can get back to the UEFIP, and create your own username and password.
Why cannot I find a catering service provider in the list?
The list of catering service providers shows only those who are registered in the UEFIP, and have their User created in the UEFIP.
Why cannot I find housing and hotel service providers?
The list of housing and hotel service providers shows only those who are registered in the UEFIP, and have their User created in the UEFIP.
Can I create hospitality contracts in the UEFIP?
Yes, you can create hospitality contracts in the UEFIP, and make payments, which are then approved by the Tawafa Establishment. You can also view all the hospitality contracts for all Haj Companies, which are not affiliates of the OHF. Please, refer to the “IHCs Representatives User Guide” for step-by-step instructions on creation of hospitality contracts in the UEFIP.
Can I add bank guarantees in the UEFIP? and what are the different types of bank guarantees?
Yes, you may add the 50 Saudi Riyals and the 200 Saudi Riyals bank guarantees in the UEFIP, which are then approved by the Tawafa Establishment. You can view the status of your bank guarantees at any time in the UEFIP. Bank guarantees, expiring before the date of 30/05/1436H (March 20, 2015) are acceptable in the UEFIP.
What other information can I edit in the UEFIP?
You can edit information relating to the representatives of the Hajj companies, which are not affiliates of the OHF, ‘My Representatives’. Please, refer to the “IHCs Representatives User Guide” for step-by-step instructions.
How can I view and edit the information of an IHC representative?
You can view and edit the information of an IHC representative by OHF by clicking on “Procedures”, and then “Edit”.
How can I de-activate a user from the UEFIP?
You can deactivate a User by contacting the technical support of the UEFIP Call Center at any time during the normal business hours of the Call Center.
How can I create a user name to use the UEFIP?
Please, refer to the “User Guide for Representatives of Hajj Companies Under the OHF” for step-by-step instructions on creating a User Name and a Password in the UEFIP. You can add multiple users in the UEFIP. You can see a list of all users of any Hajj company under the OHF in the UEFIP at any time.
What are the pre-requisites for entering into catering contracts?
Both Parties should be licensed and active in the UEFIP in order to be able to enter into a contract.
Can I create hospitality contracts in the UEFIP?

Yes, you can create bank guarantees in the UEFIP for all Haj Companies under your Hajj Mission (“OHF”), which are then approved by your Establishment. You can also view all the bank guarantees for all Haj Companies under your OHF. Please refer to the “OHF Representative User Guide” for step-by-step instructions on creation of bank guarantees in the UEFIP.
What are the different actions I can perform in the UEFIP?
OHF Representatives can view details for themselves and their Haj Companies under the OHF. You can also (1) Edit the information of your own representatives, (2) Edit information of representative of Haj companies, and (3) Edit information of ‘Haj Companies Under the OHF’. Moreover, they can create requests to (1) add representatives for themselves, (2) add representatives for Haj companies under the OHF, (3) add a Haj company, (4) add bank guarantees, and (5) add financial bank information. You may also search for those requesting housing services before entering into housing contract. You can also create service provider requests for (1) housing contracts, (2) catering contracts, and (3) carrier contracts. Please refer to the “OHF Representative User Guide” for step-by-step instructions.
What other information can I edit in the UEFIP?
You can edit information relating to the OHF representatives ‘My Representatives’, ‘Representatives of Haj companies’, and ‘Haj Companies under the OHF’. Please refer to the OHF Representative User Guide for step-by-step instructions.

The Ministry of Haj (the “MOH”) can activate the office of Hajj Affairs, after receiving an official letter from such office, comprising the information of its main representative (name, nationality, passport number and mobile number).

After you log in the UEFIP, you can edit your profile by clicking on the “Personal Profile” option.
How can I change my mobile number or any other current contact information in the UEFIP?
After you log in the UEFIP, you can edit your profile by clicking on the “Personal Profile” option.
I entered my mobile phone number, but I have not received a password confirming that I am an authorized person to log into the UEFIP?
Please, verify the mobile phone number in your Profile in the UEFIP. In addition, make sure that you have not selected “Disable SMS Authentication” option. However, if you do not find anything wrong in the entered data, please contact the technical support of the UEFIP.
Can I use my international mobile phone number from my country or do I have to use a local Saudi phone number?
The UEFIP can support both international as well as local Saudi mobile phone numbers. You can also change your mobile phone number in your “Profile Settings”.
Can I stop the feature of receiving SMS messages when I log in my UEFIP account?
Yes, you can stop the feature of getting SMS messages when you log in your UEFIP account by clicking on “Personal Profile”, and then choosing “Disable SMS Authentication” option.
Why do I need my mobile number in the procedures of logging in the UEFIP?
Your mobile number is used to receive an authentication SMS message every time you log in the UEFIP; this is to make sure that you are the authorized person to log in the UEFIP relevant account.
How can I change my UEFIP password?
You can change your UEFIP password by logging in the system, and then clicking on “Change My Password”.
How can I select any of the many packages offered for booking?
The selection process is made in the light of the customer’s budget and needs; there is a simple indicator in the e-track portal showing that the more expensive the price is, the more services are provided. In addition, location plays an important role in this regard; for instance, a hajj company located in Mina would have higher prices than others would. That means, the closer you are to Jamarat area or the railway stations, the higher prices you will find, and vice versa.
Moreover, there are transportation services from and to Makkah, as well as transportation between the holy areas themselves. Depending on availability, the choice is all yours.
What do I need to sign up and book via the e-track portal?
First, you will need the names of the people that you would like to add to the reservation. Then, you should prepare their national ID number(s) or their visa(s). After that, you will need the details of the national ID card or the visa of the main person in the booking, as well as the IBAN number of the bank through which you intend to pay the value of the hajj program.
