To make reservation for localhaj package, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Reservation Request". The first step is to enter the number of male and female and select your city. Once you do that, you will be presented with a list of available packages. From this page you can sort and refine your search to arrive at the desired package. Next click on "Book" button where you will be presented with a form that you need to complete, once finished accept the terms and conditions. After this step, you will get the reservation code and an SMS of confirmation.
To cancel an existing reservation, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Cancel Reservation". The first step is to enter you mobile number that was used during the reservation and reservation number or the one of the IDs used in the reservation. Next you will be presented with details of your reservation. Next you need to click on "Cancel" button. After this step you will get confirmation of the cancellation and a confirmation SMS.
To request refund for a reservation, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Refund". The first step is to enter you mobile number that was used during the reservation and reservation number or the one of the IDs used in the reservation. Next you will be presented with details of your reservation. Next you need to click on "Refund" button. After this step you will need to enter the IBAN number that you want to get the refund into.
The payment is made through bank transfer. This can be done through all available payment channels offered by the banks
To know the status of the existing reservation, you need to go to menu "Packages and Reservation" and select "Reservation Inquiry". The first step is to enter you mobile number that was used during the reservation and reservation number or the one of the IDs used in the reservation. Next you will be presented with details of your reservation showing the status of your reservation
To know the eligibility of performing Haj, you need to go to menu "Packages & Reservation" and select "Hajj Inquiry". Then, you need to enter the National IDs/Iqama(s), after that you will be presented with the result whether eligible for hajj or not.
To find details about Hajj Company, you need to go to menu "Hajj Company" and select "CHajj Company". Then, you will be presented with a list of companies where you can find all details related to the company

Mina camps are categorized based on the distance closest to Jamarat Bridge. You can find the location of each camp by going to menu "Haj Company" and select "Haj Company Places"
There are three types of Haj packages. General or normal package, the low cost package and Moyassur package. The General package has three tiers with different service levels
Each Haj company may elect to provide optional additional services that the haj can select for the price indicated. These services are optional and the Haj is not obligated to buy them.

They start on Dhu al-Qi'dah 1, 1436 at 8:00 AM, and end on Dhu al-Hijjah 1, 1436 at 6:00 PM. After that date, you can still sign a contract with any domestic pilgrim company licensed to operate within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1)The e-track portal aims to facilitate for all nationals and residents of the Kingdom access to all hajj companies licensed to operate by the Ministry of Hajj (“MOH”), since all of them will be gathered in one place. 2)The service price will be controlled and monitored. 3) The pilgrims will be able to perform hajj, while receiving an adequate level of service at a reasonable price, guaranteeing the rights of the two parties of the Hajj Contract. 4)The e-track portal aims to protect the Kingdoms’ nationals and residents, who would like to perform hajj, from fake campaigns that deceive and defraud pilgrims. 5)The e-track portal aims to provide a safe electronic method of payment. 6)The e-track portal aims to achieve equal opportunities when it comes to hajj through one of the less expensive programs. 7)The e-track portal will be supervised directly by MOH, so that it could impose its restrictions on the agreed upon services and make sure that such services comply with Hajj laws, regulations and instructions. 8)The e-track portal will help establishments reduce their expenses, guarantee the accuracy of their accounts, and assist in providing decent services to the pilgrims. 9)The e-track portal aims to achieve the required level of transparency regarding announcement of prices as well as the amounts collected from the pilgrims in return for the provided services.
you can make a booking and sign up via the website of the e-track portal by using one of the following two directories: First directory: You can access the website via the MOH Portal on this link: www.haj.gov.sa, and then click on the RED icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Second directory: You can directly access the e-track portal by clicking on this link: localhaj.haj.gov.sa, and starting the booking process.
When you access the e-track portal, you will find at the top left-hand corner of the screen a list of the names of the companies licensed to operate by the Ministry of Hajj.
Upon completion of a booking, the e-track portal will provide you with the following information for follow up: 1. Reservation number. 2. Reservation details and fees. 3. Travel program type and details. 4. Name, permit number and address of the hajj company. 5. Expiry date and time for grace period of the payment. 6. Payment method. 7. Names and personal data of those customers who made the booking.
You will receive an SMS from the e-track portal with your booking number on the same mobile number that you inserted in the booking.
You can pay for the booking through all banks operating the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the account number that will be given to you upon completion of a booking. Payment methods are: 1. A Direct deposit from your bank. 2. A bank transfer via the website of your bank. 3. A bank transfer by a phone call to your bank. 4. A bank transfer via your bank mobile application. 5. A bank transfer from the ATMs of your bank.
You will receive an SMS from the e-track portal on your mobile confirming that the payment process was successful.
You can log into the website of the e-track portal on this link: localhaj.haj.gov.sa, and insert your national ID card/ visa card, the reservation number that you received in an SMS on your mobile, as well as your mobile number. The website will automatically send you an identification code, and will ask you to insert it. Once you insert it, your booking will open, and you will find a piece of information in the payment section confirming whether your payment went through or not.

Upon completion of payment process, you can communicate with the hajj company, which you booked with, through its contact information that will be included in your reservation, in order to obtain the permit.

​Yes, you can. However, the terms and conditions of cancellation will be applicable to each person crossed out of the booking.
​In case of any electronic payment via the various bank channels of payment, the amount, after deducting the cancellation fees as per the aforementioned terms, conditions and policy, will be refunded to your own bank account. ​
​It takes four business days as a maximum.
​The IBAN is not related to the hajj company that you booked with. Once you make a direct payment via one of the banks, the IBAN number is given only in that case. It is not mandatory to make the payment through the branches of Banque Saudi Fransi; you can make the payment via the different payment methods of banks such as the ATMs, bank websites, bank applications on phones and mobiles.
​The message usually takes a few hours to reach you. Do not worry. You will receive it God Willing.
​You should fill out immediately a notice form, where you mention your ID card as well as all other required items, and send it to the supervisor, so that s/he can follow up with manager of MOH call center.
​You must address a written compliant with the details of the incident to the Office of the Minister of Hajj.

​You are not required to follow up with the hajj company that you booked with. In fact, the company will call you to arrange an appointment for issuance of the hajj permit, the place and time of gathering, as well as other information.​
